All classes are a full hour of strength, power, endurance and conditioning formats, designed to give you a full Body Workout, each day will be focusing the last 15 to 10 minutes in abdominal/core plus an upper or lower body part, and might be arranged at Coaches discretion or group preference. Movements will have modification options to safely accommodate those just starting their fitness program or returning from injury.
Progress and results will be our goal for each individual that joins our Fit classes, also keep in mind that if you stay consistent in attending to our fun and challenging classes, you will see changes in a faster manner, of course maintaining healthy eating habits.

Hi my name is Marjorie Loria your Fitness Coach and I want you to know a bit of myself, my goal and purpose of creating these FiT classes, I am a mother of 2 energetic boys, they occupy most of my time besides my husband of almost 20 years, I enjoy going to the beach, watching movies and read about new gigs and nutrition, I also love to hang out with family and friends but I truly look forward and enjoy getting my workout done at least 4 times a week. Working out has and is my way of a great healthy lifestyle, my stress relief my habit, that keeps me strong, energized and young. I started my passion in the fitness Industry more than 25 years ago as a hobby and it became my carrier I am certified with the American Fitness Association of America and I am certified with the Red Cross for CPR or AED in case of an emergency.
I can tell you I got hooked in this fun and rewarding business, I have taught in many Big Corporations, like, Bally Total Fitness, 24 hours Fitness , UFC gym and many Private locations like the Marriott Hotel, Florida International University, Carnival Cruises, etc.
The reason I decided to create FiT class is to have more exclusive classes, smaller groups and to give you the opportunity to also be coached on a one on one basis, I can help you Progress and Empower your ability to feel FiT and eventually Be FiT, my goal is to give you a Class or Classes that will work your entire Body in Group and target specific Body Parts per day.
I am aware that everybody is different and I will make sure that you will be treated with care depending on any issue you might have with your body, If it’s your first time working out or you are an advance fitness individual, I will adjust your exercise depending on your needs and ability.
My Goal is to help, motivate and get you in the habit to a healthier lifestyle, I know you will feel great and find muscles you never knew you had.
